2.3 Account Security

The member is solely responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on play tk99 are conducted in Taka (৳). The service supports Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods for easy and fast payments.

3.1 Deposit Methods

Members can deposit funds into their account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods are available for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Transaction Security

All financial data is protected by SSL encryption. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to the member's own verified account.

3.4 Transaction Cancellation

If a transaction is not completed due to fraud or a technical error, play tk99 reserves the right to cancel or reverse that transaction. Attempting a chargeback or forcibly cancelling a payment may result in permanent account closure.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount — meaning a ৳1,500 bonus requires ৳37,500 in wagering.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any other strategy to gain bonus benefits will result in the offer being cancelled and associated winnings may be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

play tk99's VIP program has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level offers weekly cashback: up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold and 1.5% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. play tk99 reserves the right to revise the criteria for level changes at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on play tk99 is conducted under specific rules.

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled, however play tk99 reserves the right to cancel a bet in the case of a technical error or an obvious pricing mistake.

5.2 Odds Changes

Bet prices (odds) may change in line with market conditions. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed shall be considered final.

5.3 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sporting event is fully cancelled or not completed within the specified time, the outcome of that bet will be determined in accordance with play tk99's own rules and a refund will be issued if necessary.

5.4 Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using third-party payment methods or another person's account to conduct transactions.
• Using bots or automated software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing risk-free bets with the intent of abusing bonus benefits.
• Deliberately exploiting any error in a game or the system.
• Using the account for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.

If any such activity is proven or suspected, play tk99 may suspend the account without prior notice, hold the associated balance and take legal action.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

Third-party game software (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, JILI and others) is the property of their respective owners and is provided under the relevant agreements.

Changes to Terms
